WIP: I'm Not Touching You

Yes. I'm aware that Mira's hand looks creepy as hell. I'll fix it eventually. And Bailey's eye is weird too.

Mira and Bailey, two of my novel characters, being their normal selves. That is, Bailey being a little annoying and Mira being the brunt of her silliness.





I didn't really use any pose references, just a couple to get their faces right, so I imagine that the proportions are more or less crap. I'm hoping that a night's rest will help me forget about it long enough so that everything's more obvious tomorrow so I can fix it. Mira's head looks too big, her right hand too small/awkward, Bailey's back too long and her hand too big. And they both look like they're leaning a bit too much. Shall fix later.




But drawing this made me happy. I've never drawn Mira or Bailey before. Attempted, but never actually finished and some I just trashed before I had a chance to save anything. This feels more natural and more them than what I've attempted before.
